It is tied to our electronic health record so your doctor can easily send information from your chart to your portal account.
What can I do with my Patient Portal:
- Request an appointment time and look up your schedule appointments online
- Receive your test results faster than through the mail
- Ask your provider a question when it's convenient for you
- You will only receive an e-mail to alert you that information has been sent to your portal account. You will not receive junk emails and your e-mail will not be shared

It is possible to include access to your spouse and dependent children's patient portal account(s) via your account with proxy access. A form must be completed in one of our offices.

What type of apps can I link my health record to?
